This 2009 edition of St Patrick's Day in Topeka was fabulous! The weather was absolutely perfect - sunshiny and warm. After the miserable rainy cold of last year's St Patrick's Day, it was a welcome change. The attendance was a clear indication, as there were more people in downtown Topeka than I've ever seen. I was able to get the day off from work, and having just purchased a new camera for the event, took almost 800 pictures (and spent two days narrowing it down to half). Starting the day early at The Celtic Fox for breakfast, I spent all day shooting, with Sharidy taking pictures of The Catz that evening. I've divided the pictures into four separate scrapbooks below.
